MRHS Mural Moving Along!

The muralist students in Mrs. Shoemaker's Basic Art classes have continued to make progress on the new Keith Haring inspired mural outside Mr. Calvert and Mrs. K's Art rooms.  Check out Yaritza and Jess from period 6/7 having fun and working hard

An opening reception is scheduled for May 2, 2013 from 5 - 7pm, just outside room #101.  Students, parents and educators are all welcome.  Stop by and say hi!

Keith Haring Inspired MRHS Mural

The muralist students in Mrs. Shoemaker's period 3 and period 6/7 Basic Art classes have been working away on the Keith Haring Inspired MRHS Mural and are making some serious headway!  Take a look at some photos below showing our progress over the past few weeks:
